These SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms ("SMS Terms") govern your receipt of text messages (SMS and MMS) from or on behalf of Chatley AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including communications delivered directly by our platform or on behalf of business clients utilizing our conversational AI communication services.
By providing your mobile phone number, opting in to receive text messages, or interacting with a Chatley AI-powered text or voice workflow, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, please do not provide your phone number and opt out as described below.
Chatley AI provides conversational AI agents, telephony routing, and automated business messaging. When you opt in to an SMS campaign operated through our platform, you may receive text messages including, but not limited to:
By providing your mobile telephone number through an online form, interactive voice call, chat widget, or digital booking tool, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual SMS/MMS text messages at that number.
You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive text messages at that number.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your interaction with us or our business clients, your scheduling needs, and the specific programs you have opted into. For transactional updates (e.g., appointment confirmations), messages are sent as events occur.
Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your cellular carrier and subscription plan, you may incur charges from your wireless service provider for incoming and outgoing text messages. Neither Chatley AI, Inc. nor our clients are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages:

You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. After this, no further automated text messages will be sent to your mobile phone number from that campaign unless you re-initiate or opt in again.

Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and regional mobile network operators) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages. T-Mobile® is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All customer communication and telephony integrations are configured with enterprise security standards and certified 10DLC compliance.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in our mobile messaging program. By consenting to receive text messages, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to revise or update these SMS Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised terms with an updated effective date. Your continued participation in our mobile messaging program following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
